Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Can I arrange for in person pickup? A: Yes, when items are in your shopping cart, prior to payment, select "Pick Up at Store or Event" to reduce shipping to $0.00. See the "Learn about us" page for locations, dates, and times in New Port Richey, Florida and other cities on the Suncoast.
Q: Are your treats healthy for my dog? A: They are not health food, but are special treats. Our treats are made from 100% human-grade ingredients and contain no preservatives. They are made fresh prior to each sale and contain no sugar, chocolate, or items harmful to dogs.
Q: Is there an option to send something directly to a different address? Can it be gift wrapped with a personal note? A: Yes, if you select "shipped to a different address" during checkout, we can ship anywhere in the United States. The gift wrapping option with personal note becomes available for an additional $4, and is only available on orders that ship to a different address than the billing address. Send us a comment about the occasion and we will do our best to use the perfect gift wrap.
Q: Will you sell and ship outside of the United States? A: No, currently we are starting with sales and shipping in the United States only.
Q: What are your shipping standards? A: We will ship most items by USPS Priority Mail which will arrive one to two days after shipping. Under $50 will be $4.60 and between $50 and $100 will be $8.95 for example. There is a $1.00 handling charge. You can also select "Pick Up at Store or Event" to reduce shipping to $0.00. Q: My cookies arrived with some damage. What can you do for me? A: We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives intact; however, we can't be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
