January is National Soup Month

I know the month is almost over, but you can still make some yummy soup for your pup. My Dog’s Chicken Soup 3 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces or unseasoned chicken leftovers 1/4 cup chopped carrots 16 oz of chicken broth (low sodium, best if homemade) 1/2 cup chopped sweet potato 1 cups of water 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 cups brown rice (uncooked) ** Please avoid onion they are poisonous to dogs. Also never give your dog chicken bones. Put it all the ingredients a crock pot and let it cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. No Bake Peanut Butter Treats

 Welcome to Tasty Tuesday’s, where we will share some yummy things for your furkids and you. We are starting with No Bake Peanut Butter Treats. Ingredients 3/4 cup peanut butter* 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup water 1 1/4 cup quick oats Directions: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, cinnamon, and water until combined. Slowly add the oats, 1/4 cup at a time, until completely mixed in. Scoop by the spoonful onto prepared cookie sheet. You can roll them into balls, but they will be a little sticky.
